Jim Donio, CEO

Jim Donio has founded, expanded, sold, or been the CEO of more than two dozen businesses ranging in annual revenue from $200,000 to $200,000,000, some having received funding and resources through Google and Meta. He was appointed as one of only 12 founding US members of Facebook’s Inaugural National Small and Medium-Sized Business Council and serves on the Meta Leaders Network. In 2023, he was appointed as a Meta AI Sandbox Partner for advanced artificial intelligence tools with Instagram and Facebook. He has been featured in major media outlets including Advertising Age Magazine, American Express OPEN for Business, NPR, and a variety of other publications, and has lectured and led workshops to regional and national audiences. Mr. Donio is currently a partner in numerous privately held equity companies and trusts. In addition to his extensive for-profit background, he has been actively involved with philanthropic causes and has served on numerous non-profit boards and commissions for more than 25 years. He was recently honored with the National Humanitarian Award by the United States Sons of Italy Foundation and was awarded the New Jersey State Governor’s Jefferson Award for Volunteerism and Community Leadership. He earned his B.A. in Business Administration from the Villanova University School of Business, and is based in New York and Hammonton, New Jersey.

Jeremy Ryan, CIO

Jeremy Ryan is an accomplished consultant, marketer, and creative technologist with a proven record of leading multi-channel initiatives to enhance market presence and engage audiences. With a knack for innovative solutions, his work spans many sectors including technology startups, education, philanthropy, retail, and healthcare, among others. Jeremy’s contributions have supported notable organizations like Cornell University, The City of New Orleans, The Met Museum, and The Nature Conservancy, among many others. Beyond consulting, Mr. Ryan has taught advanced web design and programming, shared his insights at national and international conferences, and has helped launch numerous businesses including Real Central NJ Soccer which provides a platform for rising amateur players with pro ambitions. With a portfolio that includes developing software solutions like CMSs, CRMs, LMSs, and e-commerce systems, Jeremy has earned over fifty honors throughout his twenty-five-year career including Webby and Education Digital Marketing Awards. Jeremy is proud to have contributed to volunteer boards and local organizations, including Every Child Valued and The Lawrence Township Education Foundation, demonstrating his commitment to fostering educational opportunities and community development.
